Welcome from the founders of the Internet Protection Agency, Chris Duff and Toby Aguillard. IPA founders Chris Duff and Toby Aguillard are former Special Agents of the Louisiana Department of Justice (DOJ). They exclusively investigated Internet predator cases and child pornography cases as part of Louisiana’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Their duties at the DOJ also included offering Internet safety presentations to adults, children, and law enforcement across the state of Louisiana. After hundreds of arrests and countless hours spent conducting online undercover investigations, it was obvious to them that the problem of online child enticement is far greater than the current solution. That is when they decided to establish the IPA.
“The Internet, for all of its good and valuable purposes, has become a tool for evil in the hands of those who seek to exploit and abuse our children. The amount of online child solicitation activity, which we experienced as special agents, is staggering. Law enforcement agencies are overwhelmed nationwide. We believe that providing parents with the education and tools necessary to protect their families is essential in combating this epidemic. We want to open the eyes of America to what is really happening online. Our mission is to establish a culture of zero tolerance towards Internet child predators and child pornography.”
